Personal Finance Manager

Picture of financial management software

I built this personal finance manager with a combination of Python and SQLite. It allows for the user to record transactions, review the information of various accounts, and view the transaction history of those accounts. Using this tool has saved me many hours from having to record financial information on paper. To view the code for this project click on the link that says "My Coding Projects".

Personal Website

I created the website you are currently viewing whilst having only self-taught experience in HTML, JavaScript, or CSS. I plan on continuing to add onto my website possibly with a blog which will act as a devlog for a video game I'm currently creating with several other computer science students. Carbone's Pizzeria Marketing System

Picture of Trenton Gibson in Front of Carbone's Pizzeria.

I'm building a Marketing System for a location of a chain restaurant called Carbone's Pizzeria. The system would identify newly sold homes around the area of the restaurant. With this information, the owner could send marketing material in the mail to those newly sold homes. This would create a specific target for marketing allowing for better use of marketing dollars. About

I'm a graduate of the University of Northwestern St. Paul with a Bachelor's in Computer Science. My education has given me practical experience in application development and in systems analysis and design. In addition to knowing the web-based languages and Python, I have experience with Java, SQL, and Linux Terminal. I also have been working on video game called "Last Crewman" a first-person-shooter that takes place in space and forces you to make difficult moral and strategetic decisions. I'm particularly fascinated by the creative potential of programming and how you can build your own worlds just by typing out code.
